God revealed His sacred name to Moses as ‘I AM.’ The Third Commandment calls us to honor that name in speech, worship, oaths, and life—or face solemn warning.
God is jealous for His worship. The Second Commandment demands we worship Him only as He has commanded—no additions, no images, no will-worship.
God named Cyrus 150 years before he was born to prove one thing: “I am the LORD, and there is no other.” The First Commandment demands we know, worship, and glorify Him alone.
